Using SAP Solution Manager it is possible to support all IT-processes, both related with projects and application management.

All solutions (applications) implemented before you started to use SAP Solution Manager can be imported into SAP Solution Manager via the tool RBE Plus.

RBE Plus 'reads' your productive system and documents it using all the information gathered, and relates it with processes from the SAP Business Process Repository.

We can support you in using this tool on the one hand, and embedding the results in SAP Solution Manager on the other hand.

As a result you have the basis for supporting SAP application management, in line with the famous ITIL-method. For example it is possible to add an extra layer on this, to support the Change Request Management (handling of RFC's) using a SOX-compliant process embedded in SAP Solution Manager.
